siesta key...corona tuesday

but first let me introduce the phillippi creek clams:

and back to the main event.
everybody breaks out their corona attire.

and of course the corona's and limes.

this year the first annual corona tuesday corn hole tournament was played.

a bracket chart was necessary.
(we do things up right!)

more corona.
because this tournament take some time you know.

pause for just a moment to meet kara.
august's first crush.
beautiful on the outside and inside.
i do think my boy has some good taste.
teams posed for their shots.

but only two would become the champs.
and take the title for one year.

next year we will be seeking official sponsorship from corona.
so if you have any connections, please help us out here.
(erica, if corona turns us down, maybe we can make our own official banner?!)

later that day, everyone gathered for our low-country shrimp boil.
man was it good!

sunset time again.
and more favorites from our trip.

yeah, their those kids that take down the sand castles at the end of the day.

i love the traditions that we have at the beach.
and that we continue to expand these traditions each year.

Lovely pictures...just lovely!

My favorite though..the Phillip Creek Clams. They are so adorable and looked like they were having a ton of fun!
